  • Organizing and managing professional photographers, volunteers, and interns to document events as a team

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Macintosh OS applications, as well as the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Bridge, Dreamweaver, Flash, Illustrator, In-Design), and Lightroom

  • Processing, editing, and archiving of digital photographs, positive and negative film scans, and standard photographic print/paper document scans

  • Basic knowledge of video editing using Final Cut Pro and Adobe Premier Pro

  • Understanding of 3D rendering software Bryce

  • Basic knowledge and skill in designing or editing web-pages using HTML5 and CSS3

  • Coordination with social media and web teams to access and select images

  • Sending files through a FTP client server, Dropbox, or similar cloud services.

  • Implementing proper file management structure and procedures into workflows

  • Ingesting, exporting, and maintaining digital image files in a Digital Asset Management System

  • Working with Intranet/LAN systems to establish workflows and safe file management

  • Creating metadata and keyword templates in Adobe Bridge

  • Bulk application and editing of EXIF and IPTC metadata to digital files

  • Inspecting image quality for FADGI standards based on dpi, ppi, bit rate, etc.

  • Calibration of flatbed scanners, computer monitors, cameras, and digitization equipment

  • Interpolation of small .jpg image files into larger .tif files for production needs

  • Production of traditional b/w and alternative darkroom prints

  • Development of b/w negative, color positive, and color negative films

  • Capable of manipulating digital images into a collage

  • Ability to mat, frame, hang, and display 2D artwork in a traditional gallery space

  • Basic background in a standard 3-4 light studio
